Rotary Trommel

For use in the washing machine or coating facilities, customer-specific designs, washing baskets and washing ideas can be rotated.

Thanks to the optimized bogie in the working chamber, media and washing mechanics, for example ultrasonic or spray jet, reach the items to be cleaned from all sides. All of this not only contributes to an improved cleaning quality, but also noticeably extends the service life of the media and thus reduces cleaning costs.
We develop and manufacture customer-specific bogies depending on the size and request for use in cleaning systems or in coating systems. Depending on the load weight, sheet metal and wire combinations form the basis of our developments.

The rotary trommel / rotary drums are each designed for the respective application and transport requirements.

Depending on your requirements, the bogies / rotary drums are equipped with different drive elements, plastic parts, lid variants, handles, labeling plates, inlays and offer an optimized cleaning coating quality for the end customer.

Thanks to the optimized bogie, media and washing mechanics, e.g. ultrasonic or spray jet, reach the items to be cleaned from all sides. This contributes to improved cleaning quality, and extends also noticeably the water replacement cycle.
